UBT
Why the closing price, not real-time? The SMA200 is calculated from daily closing prices by definition. Comparing it against an intraday or after-hours quote mixes timeframes and produces a misleading "distance from SMA" number. The trend signal (above/below) doesn't change after the closing bell anyway, so the close is the consistent read.

What this means
UBT is trading below its 200-day moving average. For trend followers this is the basic exit signal. The stock is in a confirmed long-term downtrend.
This is information, not advice. The SMA200 status is a single technical indicator. Plenty of things move stock prices that this signal cannot see: earnings, news, sector dynamics, macro shifts, you name it.
